What if I'm travelling for a few weeks?+
Pause your subscription any time, up to 3 months at a stretch. Tap 'Pause' in the app, pick a return date, and nothing gets billed until then. Cancel the pause early if you come back sooner.
How do I know the wash actually happened?+
Every wash ends with a before & after photo snapped on-site, delivered to your phone. No photo = no charge. We take disputes seriously.
Which cities are you live in?+
We're onboarding car wash partners across India right now. Download the app and pick your city — if we're there, you'll see nearby partners. If not, we'll notify you when we launch.
What if I'm not satisfied with a wash?+
Tap the rating button after each wash. Low ratings (below 3 stars) get flagged to the partner immediately and we follow up personally. Repeated complaints mean the partner loses their spot on the platform.
Is there a contract or lock-in?+
No contracts. No minimum commitment. Subscribe for a month, cancel any time, subscribe again later. You're in control.
How do payments work?+
Pay per wash or pre-pay monthly — UPI, cards, and net banking are supported. Invoices land in your email after every charge.
